Ballroom Theatre
Ballroom Theatre is an Estonian ballroom dance stage production, created and choreographed by Valeria Milova and Vitali Kozmin under their company Prime Line Agency (Prime Talent Agency OÜ). It is described as the first exclusive ballroom dance show in Estonia.[1][2]
Production
The flagship show, titled "I Wanna Dance With Somebody", is a 27-minute performance featuring six professional competition dancers. The choreography incorporates a dynamic blend of Latin American dance styles, including Samba, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive, and Salsa, as well as modern interpretations of Waltz and Tango.[3]
The production features original music created in collaboration with world-class musicians. The music is performed by James Werts World Project, a partnership between U.S.-based musician James Werts and top Estonian musicians. Vocals are provided by Alika Milova, Estonia's representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.[4][5]
The show is available in three formats:
- 6 dancers with a live violinist
- 6 dancers with a live violinist and live vocals
- 6 dancers with a live violinist, live vocals, and full live band
Performances
The show has performed at venues and events across Estonia, including Rahvusooper Estonia (Estonian National Opera), Viimsi Cultural Centre, and the Tallink Gala 2025. It has also appeared on Estonian television, including the programme Õhtu! on Kanal 2, the New Year's television show on Kanal 2, and the programme Laul vs. tants.[6][7][8][9]
