Bardhyl Osmani also known with the nickname "Delta" was one of the first commanders of the UÇPMB. He was born on 16 June 1972 and died 14 may 2001. He participated in Kosovo War in Paštrik as a sniper. The he served in 113th Brigade Ibrahim Fejzullahu of UÇPMB. Delta fought in battles such as Šušaja, Bukoc and Oraovica. [1]
