Baseline Ventures India is a talent management, sports marketing, entertainment, and brand licensing firm.[1] The company was founded on September 1, 2014 by Tuhin Mishra, Vipin Nair, Ramakrishnan R, Vishal Jaison, and Raman Grover.[2] Baseline Ventures represents Indian athletes and celebrities, namely PV Sindhu, Kidambi Srikanth, Ravindra Jadeja, Pankaj Advani, Zaira Wasim, Smriti Mandhana, Prithvi Shaw, Arjun Maini, Himanshu Rana, and Ricky Donison. The company has worked with the MotoGP[3], ATP[4], FIFA[5], Premier League, Chennai Super Kings[6], Pro Kabaddi League[7], West Indies Cricket[8], Sri Lanka Cricket[9], Premier Badminton League, and the Bear Grylls Survival Academy[10].  

In 2015, Baseline Ventures helped facilitate the first coaching programme with Liverpool Football Club in the United Arab Emirates.[11] In 2016, they became the official licensing agents for Liverpool Football Club in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.[12] In 2018, the Volleyball Federation of India announced a partnership with Baseline to promote and build Indian Volleyball.[13] [14] Joy Bhattacharya was announced the CEO of the planned Indian Volleyball League in April 2018.[15]
