BassMonster Records is an independent dance music record label from Norway, which started in 2012. Currently, BassMonster Records is recognized as one of the top dance labels in Norway, mainly releasing progressive house and electro house.
Over the past months, BassMonster Records has grown a massive fanbase, both in Norway and worldwide, also releasing several top tracks on stores like iTunes and Beatport.
History[edit]
BassMonster Records were founded in August 2012 with a passion for dance music, but also with a vision. The passion and vision are still alive and growing by every release. The vision is to showi the world that a Norwegian record label can release worldclass tracks that the world will love!
BassMonster Records first started releasing tracks in various genres, but in 2013, the genres will be less and the quality will rise. The main genres for 2013 will be progressive house, electro house and dubstep.
BassMonster Records is fully independent, and own 2 sub-labels, Albus One's Uplifting Recordings and Dropic Thunder's Thunder Records.
BassMonster Records' current artists includes house producers Faraday, Raffaele Amoroso, Devin V and Alessandro Laezza. Dubstep/Drum & Bass producers Rous, Rush 21 and Rainbow Puker. BassMonster Records has also released tracks by the Norwegian house producer Martin Sæthren, the Danish trance producer Ranadi, the Dutch progressive house producer Nick Double and the American EDM producer Savo.
