Battl Victory Records is an independent music label first established in 2015. The business is divided into five divisions: Music Publishing (Battl Victory Publishing:[1][2]), Artist Management (Battl Victory Artist Management[3]), Online Radio Station (Battl Victory FM[4]), and Distribution Service (Battl Victory Distro[5]).

History[edit]
Battl Victory Records[6] was first founded in 2015 in Switzerland by Daniel 'Battl' Sejpka[7] and moved to Wieseneck, Bavaria, Germany in the following year. In 2020[8] there was the re-establishment in Switzerland, furthermore in February 2020[9] in Delaware, USA. The headquarter is located in Seattle[10], in the state of Washington. In 2021 an office was opened in the Czech Republic[11].
The Battl Victory Records Group and Battl Victory Publishing, is a member of the following Performing Rights Organizations: GEMA, GVL, ASCAP, BMI, SoundExchange, Harry Fox Agency, SwissPerform.
Battl Victory Records is also listed with the following organizations: IFPI[12], A2IM[13], RIAA.[14]
