Battle of Shostka
The Battle of Shostka was a military engagement in the city of Shostka between the Russian Armed Forces and the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It is part of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.[3]
Battle[edit]
On 14 March, Russian launched airstrikes on enterprises in Shostka.[4] The following day, President Zelenskyy ordered the evacuation of Shostka.[5][6]
As of 18 March, Russian forces were in control of Shotska following the Ukrainian military's retreat from the city.[2]
