Beacon Hill Women's Forum (BHWF) is a non-profit social club founded in 2013 by Lisa Macalaster, a social entrepreneur who also established the Wellesley Women's Forum.[1][2] With the motto "Connect, Inspire, Enjoy," it aims to foster community among women of all ages and diverse backgrounds across the city of Boston, Massachusetts.

BHWF hosts monthly speaker series at the historic Hampshire House in Beacon Hill, in an event space located above Cheers. Featured speakers are local women of various professional fields and have included prominent individuals, such as journalists Emily Rooney and Margery Eagan[3], artist Julia S. Powell[4], writer/entrepreneur Eve Bridburg[5] and chef Joanne Chang. It also organizes many other activities ("Backyard Adventures," "Feast with Friends") and targeted sub-groups ("Acorns" group for mothers, "Chestnuts" group for women 50+ years old, "Willows" group for younger members), as well as the annual Beacon Hill Fashion Show ("Charles Street Couture") featuring designers based in the Beacon Hill neighborhood.[6][7][8]
