Behrooz Saffarian
Behrooz Saffarian Zadeh(Persian: بهروز صفاریان) (born 13 February 1978.[1]) is an Iranian Musician, Singer, Record Producer and Songwriter. He lives in Tehran.
Early life[edit]
Behrooz born in Rey, Iran. He is the fourth and last child of the family. He has two brothers and a sister.
Career[edit]
Behrooz after graduating from the Conservatory of Music, started collaborating with Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), Iran's official broadcaster (Persian: صدا و سیما) by making a song name "Vaghfe Parandeha" (Persian: وقف پرنده ها) for singing Ghassem Afshar [2] .
Behrooz and Shadmehr Aghili (Persian: شادمهر عقیلی) knows each other but in Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting they agreed to cooperate and the result of this collaboration was the traveler album (Persian: مسافر)(Mosafer).[citation needed] Behrooz also made and arranged another song (Delkhoshi) for Shadmehr in his Dahaty (Persian: دهاتی) album. Also they made another album named Eastern Tunes (Naghmeh Haye Sharghi)- Instrumental Music[3]. In this album Behrooz did rearranging in his style and make it as a modern version and Shadmehr played violin and guitar.
After that he worked on first album of his brother, Behnam Saffarian under the name of "Do Rangi", he took an art management and promoted himself with great sales of that album. From 2010 he was leader in Mohammad Isfahani's band, and then began his career as the art director of Noon O Dalghak.
He worked as a Music Arranger in the production of the first allowed album of the Persian Rap, "The Notes (Eskenas)", with Shahkar Bineshpajooh [4].
Among his other well-known works, Fereydoun Asraei "Stranger" album , in which he participated as arranger and composer, was also featured in the course.
" Shabah (The Ghost)"[5] with his music and the voice of his brother is the result of the collaboration Saffarian brothers. The album "Bi Khabi (Insomnia)" from Saeid Shahrouz[6] and album 14 by Ali Lohrasbi [7] are among other top selling albums that Behrouz Saffarian has played. He has also collaborated with other singers like Khashayar Etemadi, Mehrzad Esfahanpour, Mohammad Khakpour, and others during these years. "I have to return to you" is from his latest projects and and the result of re-engaging with Khashayar Etemadi.
The collaboration of Mohammad Esfahani and Saffarian in the year 2003 and on the album produced a significant contribution to pop music. The good things that happened for this album and its style caused the changes in the life of Arthur Behrooz Safarian to become more and more popular among the musicians. Isfahani and the Saffarian were last seen one and a half years after the album was released, and their joint collaboration continued. The widespread success of this album for the Saffarian has made him entertain new ideas, which has cut his cooperation with Esfahani.
His collaboration with Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting has led to the creation of many works, including: "Mesle Mah(like the moon)" in his own voice, "Faseleh ha(the distance)" with the voice of Ali Lohrasbi, "Obour Shishehei" of Ali Lohrasbi, "Pileh Haye Parvaz" with the voice of Ali Lohrasbi, "Del Navazan" with the voice of Ali Lohrasbi, "Taghdir" to The voice of Ehsan Khajeh Amiri, "Tekieh Bar Bad(relying on the wind)" with the voice of Mohammad Isfahani, "Shahre Baran(the city of rain)" with the voice of Mohammad Alizadeh, "Key Gharare Nejatam Bedi(when will I be saved)" by the voice of Saeid Shahrouz. Saffarian in 2009 with the movie "Tehran Tehran" from Dariush Mehrjui and Mehdi Karampour has also turned to the soundtrack of the movie.[8][9]
