Terrell Marquez Woods (born March 13, 1995), better known by his stage name Benjamin Kravitz, is an American R&B recording artist from Atlanta, Georgia. He is relatively known for his smash single "Wouldn't Be"[1] released September 2015 and "Brought the Party"[2]" which was released January 2017. He is currently signed to independent label HelloGeniusRecords.

Early life

Terrell Woods was born on March 13, 1995 in Modesto, CA and moved to Atlanta, GA shortly after with his single mother and little brother.

Career

Woods signed a deal to his cousin's independent label in August 2012. Shortly after, he signed to Universal Music Group late 2014 after the viral release of his EP titled "Faces" which was self-titled at the time. In 2014, Woods was released from his contract at his cousin's label due to lack of communication. Once he left, for the next year Woods would continue releasing music on SoundCloud under his independent label HelloGenius, the moniker Faces. September 2015 he released his first single from his project titled "in so many words" which would be released under Universal early 2016. By December 2015, Woods decided he’d be released from Universal Music Group once the renewal of his contract was discussed. In 2016 he confided in his independent label and artist and released a collaborating project titled "Love Don't Live Here[3]" and "in so many words" as his solo project, Woods later took it down.
