It is about a man who is wanting to apologize to his ex for ending their relationship. This song tells how he threw away the best relationship he ever had and how he wants to seek reconciliation.
Music video[edit]
This song's music video was released in early September. It features Melnyk singing in the rain playing piano, while it flicks back to times with his girlfriend. He begins to realize how he should have stayed with her. His girlfriend sees him on TV performing, and she has a breakdown. Just as Melnyk arrives, to presumably apologize, she has taken a substantial amount of pills and then gets into the bathtub. When he finds her, she is already dead.
