Bharat Lanka Cable System
Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". The Bharat Lanka Cable System (BLCS) is an international submarine communications cable connecting India and Sri Lanka. It was commissioned in September 2006 and was built by the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Sri Lanka Telecom at a cost of ₹200 crore. It has its landing points at Tuticorin and Mount Lavinia.[1]
