According to the Israeli army, Billal Al Kedra (Arabic: بلال القدرة or Bilal al Qadr was a Palestinian senior Hamas commander who they say was killed on 15 October 2023.[1][2]
Hamas activity[edit]
The Israeli army says that Kedra was a commander in the Nukhba, a Hamas special military unit.[3] He was involved in the planning of the 7 October attacks in Israel, notably the Kfar Aza,[4][5] Nirim and Nir Oz massacres.[6]
Death[edit]
On October 15, the Israeli army said that is had killed Kedra in the Khan Yunis area, in the southern Gaza Strip, on 13 October 2023.[3]
