Billy Ciancaglini
Billy Ciancaglini graduated from La Salle University in 2000 and obtained his law degree from Temple University in 2003. As an attorney, Ciancaglini worked in the law offices of Joseph Santaguida before beginning his own criminal defense practice. He ran for Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in 2015 as a Democrat but did not advance past the primary.[1]
Ciancaglini is running against incumbent Jim Kenney as a Republican for Philadelphia Mayor.
