Fund raised of €32 million in Series C financing. The investment round was co-led by Indico and the European Investment Bank, with the collective support from Iberis Capital.[5]

Even better, it will create over 120 highly skilled jobs in the process. This project is a great example of how Europe is working to boost competitiveness and employment through innovative digital technologies.”[6]
Bizay made headlines in 2022 for being one of the first companies in Portugal to test a new work model of 4 work days a week[7] . This innovative approach to work-life balance aimed to increase productivity and employee satisfaction, and received widespread media attention both in Portugal and abroad. The results of the trial were positive, with employees reporting higher levels of motivation and satisfaction, and the company seeing an improvement in overall productivity.
