Blood-C: The Last Mind[lower-alpha 1] is a 2015 Japanese action horror stage play based on 2011 anime series Blood-C co-created by studio Production I.G and manga artist group CLAMP. The stage play was directed by Shutaro Oku at Nega Design Works, with Junichi Fujisaku providing the script. The stage play stars Kanon Miyahara as Saya Kisaragi and Keisuke Minami as Fumito Nanahara. The stage play was shown in Sentagaya Public Theater in Tokyo, Japan from July 2 to July 5, 2015. The recorded performance was streamed on Amazon Prime.[1]

Blood-C: The Last Mind acts as an interquel to the series, with the story set between the events of Blood-C and Blood-C: The Last Dark anime film, as well as expanding the events occurred between 2011's prequel manga Blood-C: Demonic Moonlight and the anime series; in the universe Blood-C, the humans are preyed by a race called the Elder Bairns,[lower-alpha 2] whose feeding is kept under control by an ancient agreement called Shrovetide. In The Last Mind, Saya Kisaragi suffers amnesia after the Ukishima incident, and encounters allies and threats while on a pursuit to find Fumito Nanahara.

This is the first stage play based on Blood-C series, and for Blood franchise overall.[2]
