Suarez is recognized as one of the largest homebuyers in South Florida and has been featured in regional news and real estate podcasts for his work in property investment, technology, and business scaling.[2][3]

Suarez began his professional career in finance before transitioning into real estate investing. He has accumulated over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential property acquisitions, fix-and-flip operations, and investment strategy.[4]
Business ventures
SellToBobby
In 2014, Suarez founded SellToBobby with the goal of providing homeowners a faster, easier way to sell their properties without fees, commissions, or repair costs.[5] The company is headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida, and is BBB-accredited since 2017, operating under the legal name Housing Investments Group LLC.[6] SellToBobby purchases homes in as-is condition across Florida, including service areas such as Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, Coral Gables, and Jupiter.[7]
The company has earned a 4.8 out of 5-star rating on Google based on over 240 customer reviews, and maintains a 5-star rating on the Better Business Bureau.[8]
Rezzie
Suarez subsequently launched Rezzie, a proprietary technology platform that began as internal software for SellToBobby to manage off-market real estate transactions. Rezzie operates as an off-market real estate marketplace, connecting investors with property opportunities outside traditional listing channels.[9]
Coaching and media
Beyond real estate investment, Suarez works as a business coach focused on helping entrepreneurs scale to seven and eight figures. He maintains an active presence on YouTube and has appeared on multiple business and real estate podcasts, including The Al Nicoletti Show, That Real Estate Tech Guy, and Scaling Success, where he has discussed real estate investing, inbound marketing, technology, and business growth strategies.[10][11][12]
Personal life
Suarez resides in Northwest Miami-Dade, Florida. In November 2025, his home was burglarized while he and his family were asleep; surveillance footage of the incident was covered by NBC Miami and WSVN News.[13][14]
