Bogdan Szczepara is a mathematician, professor and master of calculus. He currently teaches as Dawson College in Montreal, Quebec.[1] He specializes in teaching Calculus and Linear Algebra.
Education[edit]
Early Education[edit]
Bogdan attended traditional Polish schooling where he got the basis for his deep understanding of mathematics. He has stated that when he was seventeen years old he used to solve calculus problems in one line or less.[2]
Post-Secondary Education[edit]
Bogdan first attended Concordia University where he obtained his Master's degree in mathematics. He wrote his thesis titled Rings Generated by Their Units in 1979. It is fifty-two pages long and mostly discusses positions of rings in vector space.[3] Bogdan then went on to study at l'Université de Montréal where he obtained his PhD in mathematics. His dissertation titled Minimal Clones Generated by Groupoids was published in 1998 and is about groupoids and minimal clones.[4]
Career[edit]
