Boinx Software International GmbH ist ein deutsches Computer-Software-Unternehmen, mit Sitz in Germering, in der Metropolregion München. Boinx war historisch auf Apple Inc. Plattformen spezialisiert. 1996 wurde Boinx Software von den Brüdern Achim und Oliver Breidenbach gegründet, nachdem sie ihre Leidenschaft für mac-basierte Software entdeckt hatten.

mimoLive, ehemals BoinxTV, ist ein Live-Vision-Mixer- und Videoproduktionssoftware, die in Zusammenarbeit mit TheCodingMonkeys entwickelt wurde. BoinxTV erhielt 2009 einen Apple Design Award.[5] Die Software hat von der Community überwiegend positive Bewertungen erhalten, insbesondere von Podcastern.[6][7] Jordi Duran i Batidor von Biz-News.com lobte BoinxTV als "eine großartige Anwendung, einfach zu bedienen und leistungsstark."[8] Ab 2015 wurde BoinxTV umbenannt in mimoLive,[9][10] bietet eine umfassende Neugestaltung der Benutzeroberfläche und die Einführung einer integrierten RTMP-Video-Streaming-Lösung, die Live-Streaming zu Plattformen wie YouTube, Facebook, Twitch und anderen ermöglicht. Begleitet von der Namensänderung wurde ein Abonnementmodell eingeführt, um die Pläne des Unternehmens zur Weiterentwicklung der Funktionen von mimoLive zu unterstützen.[11]
