History
Instinctools was founded in 2000 by Alexey Spas and Diethard Sohn in Stuttgart, Germany.[2][3] The first development center was established in Hrodna, Belarus.[4]
In 2020, the company opened a development center in Warsaw, Poland, marking its first major international expansion.[5] In 2021, Instinctools became a Microsoft Certified Partner.[6] In 2022, the company opened a development center in Astana, Kazakhstan, became a resident of Astana Hub, and expanded through partnerships, including OVHcloud.[7][8]
In 2024, Instinctools opened a development center in Ahmedabad, India.[9] In 2026, the company strengthened its presence in France by obtaining CIR certification, allowing clients to receive tax incentives for eligible R&D projects delivered by Instinctools.[10]
Activities
In 2009, Instinctools launched DITAworks, a SaaS product for managing technical documentation.[11][12]
In 2025, the company launched an AI Adoption Workshop program focused on enterprise AI implementation.[13][14] In the following year, Instinctools announced GENiE, a framework for enterprise AI agents,[15] and expanded its enterprise data and AI portfolio by adding Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.[16]
