Bombay Sandwich Co. is a cafe in New York City's Flatiron District that started off as a stand at Brooklyn Flea's food festival, Smorgasburg. Founded in 2012 by husband and wife team, Shiv Puri and Shikha Jain, the cafe specializes in vegan food made with Ayurvedic herbs and spices. Notable dishes there include the Chansa Masala Sandwich, Vegan Platter, Quinoa & Avocado Salad, Masala Chai, and Cardamom Coffee.

The brand's logo is an anthropomorphized bust of a tiger, which pays homage to Bombay (the tiger is a notable symbol of India), and to the company's roots in Brooklyn, with a hipster, suited tiger.
