Brad Hammett (born December 13, 1963) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman.
Hammett played junior hockey with the St. Albert Saints of the Alberta Junior Hockey League, and in the Western Hockey League with the Billings Bighorns and Nanaimo Islanders.
Hammett began his professional career with the 1983–84 Montana Magic of the Central Hockey League. He also skated with the New York Slapshots of the Atlantic Coast Hockey League, the Kalamazoo Wings of the International Hockey League, and the Carolina Thunderbirds of the All-American Hockey League, before retiring as a playing following the 1987–88 season.
During the 1991-92 season, Hammett served as an assistant coach with the Fort Saskatchewan Traders of the Alberta Junior Hockey League.[1]
