Brenda Ntambirweki is a Ugandan lawyer, legal commentator, author[1] and member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society. Her specialties are M&A, private equity, capital markets, restructuring and insolvency and banking and finance.[2]
Ntambirweki has authored and/or co-authored several articles on the banking and finance sectors in Uganda and Kuwait, several of which have been published in the annual IFLR Global and Financial Policy Review[3].

Born in Nairobi, Kenya on July 18, 1982, Brenda Ntambirweki followed in her father's footsteps to become a lawyer. She went to Makerere University and University of Oxford.[4]
Career[edit]
Brenda Ntambirweki started her legal career at Kampala Associated Advocates before joining one of Uganda's oldest law firms, Sebalu& Lule Advocates. She later moved to Kuwait where she is a senior associate at the largest firm, ASAR - Al Ruwayeh & Partners[5][6].
Personal life[edit]
Brenda Ntambirweki is the daughter of Professor John Ntambirweki and Pelucy Ntambirweki. She has two siblings including Barbara Ntambirweki.[4]
