Brian Malarkey
Brian Malarkey is an American celebrity chef and TV personality, who owns and operates various restaurants in San Diego.[1] He is known for competing on the 3rd season of Top Chef in Miami, Florida.[2][3][4]
Venture[edit]
Brian’s most recent venture, Chefs Life, is a line of cooking oils custom blended for the home chef available online and grocers nationwide.[5] Each oil is designed for a specific step in the creation of a dish from high-heat sautéing or frying, to making salad dressings or sauces, or for dipping or drizzling over a finished dish. Chefs Life is partnered with Golden Rule Charity, an organization providing timely relief to restaurant and hospitality employees in need, by donating a portion of all proceeds back to the hospitality industry.[6][7]
