Brianna Wiest

Brianna Wiest (born October 11, 1992) is an American writer, author and poet. She is best known for her work on mindfulness, spirituality, and emotional intelligence.

Wiest graduated from Elizabethtown College. Her published works include the books 101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think, The Truth About Everything, The Mountain is You, Ceremony and The Human Element, all of which are composed of essays that she wrote for the Thought Catalog website.[1] She also has a poetry book, Salt Water.[2][3]

In 2019 she talked about making use of her time based on the ideas she introduced in 101 Essays That Will Change The Way You Think.[4]
