Broad Economic Policy Guidelines (or BEPGs), established by Article 121 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), are the guidelines (budgetary austerity, structural reforms, wage negotiations, sustainable development policies, etc.[1]) addressed each year to the Member States of the European Union.
