Broadmoor Estates is a neighborhood located in Pasco, WA. The area is defined as being centered around Broadmoor Boulevard north of Interstate 182, north of Sandifur Parkway, and west of Road 90. The area is suburban with some businesses, mostly located along Sandifur Parkway.
2 schools reside in the area: Delta High School, and Reynolds Middle School.
