Brock Brenner (born May 27, 2011) [1]) is an American actor and model. Best known for his supporting role in The Laundromat , [2]) Directed by Steven Soderbergh and The Starling [3]) Directed by Theodore Melfi .

Brenner also starred in 3 music videos, a video game, and an album cover for the UK Band Glass Animals most specifically the songs Youth, Life Itself, Season 2 Episode 3, from the Album How to Be a Human Being starring as “Youth” [4]) .

Brenner has also appeared on TV shows in guest starring roles most known for The Goldbergs for which he received a nomination for Best Guest Starring Young Actor 10 and Under – Television Series [5]) . He appeared in the Holiday episode for Superior Donuts [6]) and in the last season of New Girl) for which he received a "Nomination" for Best Guest Starring Young Actor 9 & Under | Television Series [7]) [8]) and lastly, he guest starred in The Rookie for American Broadcasting Company .

Brenner was born in Mission Viejo, CA . Brenner is a member MENSA a high-IQ society for the top 2%. At ten years old Brenner started attending Saddleback College .

The Goldbergs[edit]

In 2016 Brenner appeared in his first guest starring role filming alongside Troy Gentile as William Vanica “Billy” in The Goldbergs. As a result of his appearance on The Goldbergs , as "Billy" Brenner appeared on several articles referencing Brenner's role in The Goldbergs including USA Today in a news article "You can't look at this mural unless you have 20K followers. Here's why," by Carly Mallenbaum [10]) , and on articles in Business Insider [11]) and The Insider [12]) for "Most Famous Celebrity Born Each Year."

The Laundromat[edit]

In 2019 Brenner appeared opposite Meryl Streep , Sharon Stone , Melissa Rauch , Antonio Banderas , and Gary Oldman in The Laundromat as Kaylen (Meryl Streep’s Grandson). The film premiered at the 76th Venice International Film Festival .

The Starling[edit]

In 2021 Brenner will be appearing opposite Chris O'Dowd in the Netflix Drama The Starling Directed by Theodore Melfi, starring: Melissa McCarthy and Kevin Klein . The Starling is set to premiere on September 12, 2021 at Toronto International Film Festival [13]) .
