Bruce Anderson is a Canadian businessman. He is CEO of Vanium Education Services, and was formerly CEO of Gaba Corporation in Japan[1][2] and SELC Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.[3]

Education[edit]

Anderson graduated from McGill University with a bachelor's degree of Economics and Finance in June 1992. He subsequently obtained his master's degree from the Australian National University in March 2001.[4]

Career[edit]

Anderson joined Gaba Corporation in May 2001,[5] and was the manager of the Yokohama Learning Studio,[6] before becoming an officer of the company in January 2005[7] when he moved to the Service Quality Division. He became the Executive Officer in charge of the Service Quality Division.

In March 2010 he became a member of Gaba's Board of Directors, and after Gaba was bought by Nichii Gakkan he became Chief Executive Officer, President and Representative Director, succeeding Kenji Kamiyama effective December 5, 2011.[8] In 2012 he moved to Vancouver and became the CEO of SELC Canada, also owned by Nichii Gakkan.[9] In 2015 Anderson resigned as CEO of SELC Canada and founded Vanium Education Services, of which he is currently CEO.[10]
