Bukit Panjang Park is a park located in Bukit Panjang, Singapore. It surrounds Pang Sua Pond, a manmade stormwater collection pond. It is situated next to nearby amenities in the town such as Bukit Panjang Plaza and the Senja-Cashew Community Centre.
Biodiversity[edit]
A large number of bird species may be seen here, such as the Olive-backed sunbird and Black-naped oriole.[1]
Features and Attractions[edit]
Pang Sua Pond Walkway
Completed in 2017, the walkway over Pang Sua was officially opened with firework display on March 25, 2017 with Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong as VIP. The walkway and surrouding areas are often lit up with lights or lanterns during festive occasions such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Eid al-Fitr, Diwali, and National Day (Singapore).
