Burton Charles Zucker (July 4, 1916 - May 12, 2008) was an American actor and real estate developer.[1] He was the father of filmmakers David Zucker and Jerry Zucker.[2]

Zucker was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 4, 1916.
Career[edit]
Zucker never acted much and has never appeared on screen until 1983 when he played the role of a minor character in Top Secret!.
He appeared in Ghost, The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad!, First Knight, High School High and My Best Friend's Wedding, which were directed, written and produced by David and Jerry Zucker.
Personal life[edit]
In 1941, he married Charlotte Lefstein until she passed away on September 5, 2007. He had three children, David, Jerry and Susan Bresleau.
Death[edit]
Zucker suddenly died on May 12, 2008 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the age of 86. He was survived by his sons and daughter, David, Jerry, and Susan, and his six grandchildren.
