Green Brick Partners, Inc. is an American home building and land development company headquartered in Plano, Texas[1] currently operating in Texas, Georgia, Colorado, and Florida.[2]

Green Brick Partners, Inc was co-founded by Jim Brickman and David Einhorn of Greenlight Capital[3] and became public in October 2014. Green Brick Partners is publicly traded on the NYSE and has a market capitalization of approximately $1.1 billion.[4][5] The company was ranked 55th on the Fortune 100 Fastest Growing Companies list of 2020.[6]
The home builder company controls approximately 9,000 home locations in Dallas, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia and Vero Beach, Florida.[7][8]
