C. Kesavan Memorial Municipal Town Hall or Kollam Corporation Town Hall is a decades-old building situated at Cantonment area in Kollam city, India.[1] It is the first air condition auditorium came under a Kerala Municilipality. The town hall is now a main venue for several cultural events and meetings. The building is situated beside NH-66 passing through the city of Kollam.[2]

Etymology[edit]

The Town Hall was named in the memory of C. Kesavan, a freedom fighter and former Chief Minister of erstwhile Travancore-Cochin state.[3] He was born at Mayyanad, Kollam.[3] A full sized statue of C. Kesavan is also there in-front of the Town Hall.[4]
