Calliope Mori (森カリオペ)[2] is a VTuber and singer affiliated with Hololive English, the female English branch of Hololive Production. She debuted as part of Hololive Myth which is the agency first English speaking group.
Career[edit]
Cover Corp. began auditioning specifically for English speaking talents on 23 April 2020.[3] On 9 September 2020, Cover revealed Hololive English and along with it its five soon to debut talents. Calliope Mori model was design by illustrator Yukisame and rigged by Live2D artist jujube. Mori began posting on Twitter on 9 September and her Youtube debut was set to 12 September.[4]
On 4 April 2021, Cover and Mori announced her debut under Universal Music Japan sublabel EMI Records. The announcement also includes the reveal of Shinigami Notes, Mori first album under Universal as well as a solo concert at Toyosu PIT in Koto, Tokyo. She is the first Hololive member to debut under a major label.[5]
