Candice Guardino is an Italian actress, writer, and storyteller.

Early life[edit]

Guardino was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in Huguenot, Staten Island.[1] She attended Wagner College, where she attended the Theatre & Dance Department. After graduating she moved to New York City and became a certified Pilates instructor.[1]

Work[edit]

Guardino has appeared in multiple stage productions, including her off-Broadway production Italian Bred.[2] She has performed at many comedy clubs and is currently a comedy writer for the CBS Diversity Showcase.[3]

Italian Bred[edit]

In 2014 Guardino's one-woman, off-Broadway stage play Italian Bred debuted. Guardino predominantly raised funding for the play in New York and initially the play was set to release in New York, but was later moved to the Hudson Theatre in Los Angeles.[4][5] In the play Guardino reflects on and mimicks several of her family members.[2]
