Carrie Ann Mantha (née Mewha) was the Miss Florida USA for 2003, is a licensed Medical Doctor, and a former analyst covering biotechnology stocks for Galleon, a New York hedge fund. She currently is the CEO of Indira Collection, a fashion brand.
Biography[edit]
Mantha is from St. Petersburg, Florida, and was the valedictorian of St. Petersburg High School. Mewha was a National Merit Scholar and graduated from the University of Florida with bachelor's degrees in microbiology and cell science. Later she went to Medical School at the University of Miami, and specialized in maternal-fetal medicine.[1] Carrie was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority at the University of Florida, and is a rabid Florida Gators football fan.[2]

In November 2014, Mantha was harassed online[3] after live tweeting while witnessing a man's sexist behavior during a date.[4]
