Caryn Agyeman Prempeh is a Ghanaian health and medical practitioner, television presenter on GHOne TV and founder of CERVIVA , a non profit origination that focuses on awareness and education of women about cervical cancer.[1] She majored in Global public health and is also a entrepreneur.[2][1][3][4]

Background and education[edit]

She attended St Roses Secondary School, Akwatia, further studied at Headington Girls School then Oxford, (United Kingdom), University College Of LondonBiomedical Science, School Of Medical ScienceKwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where she studied for a degree in Medicine and was trained as a medical doctor. She later joined Queen Mary University of London to study for her Masters in Global Public Health.[2][5]

She currently continues to prsctice medicine with 37 Military Hospital in Accra and she also works with Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi, and Abenkyiman Hospital still in Kumasi. She is also the resident medical offer of Claron Health International and a certified medical doctor in global public health mainly focusing on cervical cancer.[2][1][6]

Sports[edit]

In December 2020, she was appointed as the team doctor the Ghana women's national football team, the Black Queens.[7][8]
