Caster Concepts is a privately held manufacturing corporation in Albion, Michigan that builds heavy-duty industrial casters for manual and powered applications, including a line of motorized industrial casters.[1]

The company was founded in 1987 by Richard H. Dobbins (Dick), Richard L. Dobbins, William Dobbins (Bill), and Jack Turner. The original building was located in downtown Albion. In 1995, a new 27,000-square-foot facility was built along I-94. In 1997, 11,000 square feet was added for inventory and storage. In 2004, 15,000 square feet were added for Reaction Industries, a subsidiary that molds polyurethane products. In 2012, a 21,000-square-foot addition was added to increase production.[2]
Caster Concepts is an ISO 9000 certified company that utilizes lean manufacturing techniques. Their products are primarily sold to customers in the automotive and aerospace industries throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
