Cauan Matteo Baptistella (born 2 December 2006), simply known as Cauan Baptistella, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Cruzeiro.
Career
Cauan moved to Brazil at the age of 5 and started playing in the Portuguesa. Before joining Cruzeiro youth academy in 2022, he spent time at the youth academies of São Paulo and SKA Brasil.[1] Cauan signed his first professional contract in December 2023 with Cruzeiro.[2]
Personal life
Cauan has dual citizenship, being born in Italy to Brazilian parents. His father is former futsal player Clayton Baptistella.[2]
