Ceres Pasalubong, Incorporated is a producer of pasalubong products and fresh breads. It is part of the EY Group of Companies. It offers a wide range of cakes, breads and local pastries produced in Negros.[1]
The chain was established in 2005 by Emily Yanson, member of the Yanson family, owners of VTI. Its current CEO is Jerina Louise Y. Ramos, daughter of Emily Yanson, a formidable business woman in her own right. Through her hard work, she has brought about modernization and updated the business model to respond to the needs of the market.[2]
Ceres Pasalubong runs its outlets at VTI's bus terminals in Visayas and Mindanao.[3]
