Saint Jude-Southern Star Bus Transit, Incorporated is a bus line under Yanson Group of Bus Companies. It is currently the largest public land transportation company in the island of Bohol, Philippines.
History[edit]
In 2011, the conglomerate bought out St. Jude Transportation Company and later on the Super Five which bound to Tubigon- Talibon. Until they bought out the line of SaleAsian Bus, Sulay Bus, Yan-Yan & Han-Han bound to town of San Isidro, Duero Transit, Bodyguard Bus, Lascona Lines or Che-Che, Dinorog Transit, and Dimiao Transit which line go to mountainous and litlle Baguio of Bohol barangay of Omjon, Dimao and Buhog, Carmen a bus line based in Bohol, and renamed it Southern Star. In June 2016 the Southern Star entered in the Panglao Island for their new route bound to Municipality of Panglao. Due to the public demand with consent of the Sangguniang Panglungsod ng Panglao and the Hon. Mayor Nila Montero. To serve the people of Panglao.The operation are limited while waiting the franchise from LTFRB. With temporary operation time morning and evening trips.[1][2]
Primarily, it was operated under the management of Vallacar Transit Incorporated. Later on, Southern Star formed its own subsidiary as Southern Star Bus Transit, Incorporated.

There are 150 bus units all. The 20 bus units are Air condition bus the rest are ordinary fare bus.
