Cesáreo Seoane Mella (born 28 July 1989), commonly known as Saro, is a Spanish footballer who plays for SD Compostela. Mainly a right back, he can also play as a right winger.
Club career[edit]
Saro was born in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia, and finished his formation with SD Compostela. He played sparingly with the first team in the regional leagues before representing lower league sides SR Calo, Flavia SD and Bertamiráns FC; he achieved promotion to Tercera División with the latter in 2013.
In 2015, Saro moved to Noia CF, being converted to a right back during the campaign. In July of the following year, he returned to Compos,[1] being a regular starter as his side achieved promotion to Segunda División B in 2020.
Personal life[edit]
Saro's older brother Jimmy is also a footballer and a defender. Both play together at Compostela.[2]
