Cettire is an Australian-owned, globally operated, online luxury fashion retail platform. Founded in 2015 by Dean Mintz[2], the company sells apparel, shoes and accessories from over 1,300 international high-end fashion brands.[3][4][5]

Cettire was founded in 2015 by Dean Mintz, an entrepreneur in the tech space, and was launched commercially in late 2017.

The company has been profitable since its launch.[3][6]

In December 2020, Cettire went public on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).[7]

IPO[edit]

In December 2020, Cettire (CTT) listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with a valuation of $190 million.[7]

The company raised $65 million via its initial public offering (IPO).[7]

Early investors include Regal Funds Management and Washington H Soul Pattinson & Company.[8] Within 4 months, the stock tripled from 50c to a high of $1.87, bringing the company valuation to $711 million.[9][10]
