Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law is located in Narela, Delhi. The College is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, It is approved by Bar Council of India, Recognized by Govt. of NCT Delhi & Graded A+ Institute by State Fee Regulatory Committee, GNCTD. IPU grants admission in Management, Commerce & IT UG Courses in the college on the basis of applicants’ score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET), which is a National Level Entrance Exam, conducted by National Test Agency (NTA). Admissions in the Law courses of IPU are on the basis of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) scores.

The College was established by Rishi Aurobindo Educational Society in 2007. The main promoters of the society are Sh. Subhash Chand Jain, Chairman and Dr. Abhishek Jain,[1] General Secretary.
Admission process[edit]
Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies & School of Law carries out admission through IPU strictly on merit basis through a Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for BBA, BBA (CAM), B.Com (H) & BCA Courses. Moreover, the admissions in Law courses B.A.LL.B, BBA LL.B & LL.M are carried out on merit basis of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted by Consortium of NLUs.

CPJ is is recognized by the Government of NCT of Delhi. It is also recognized under 2(f) of UGC Act of 1956[6] All the law programs offered by the institute are approved by The Bar Council of India.
