Chandra Mendis was a Deputy Inspector-General of Police in Sri Lanka.[1]
Early life and education[edit]
Chandra was educated at Nalanda College Colombo.[2] He represented Nalanda team at the Ananda-Nalanda 24th battle of the Maroons cricket encounter.[3]
