Chandra Mendis was a Deputy Inspector-General of Police in Sri Lanka.[1]
Early life and education
Chandra was educated at Nalanda College Colombo.[2] He represented Nalanda’s team at the Ananda-Nalanda 24th Battle of the Maroons cricket encounter.[3]
