JP Morgan Chace is a US-based multinational banking corporation that has had a presence in the UK since 1783, having mainly focused on commercial and investment banking and asset management. The company has provided the Post Office card account since 2006[1][2][3] and acquired investment bank Cazenove in 2010.[4] In January 2021, JP Morgan Chase announced that it was to enter the UK retail banking sector, under the Chase brand, later that year,[5] establishing its first non-US retail banking operation in its history.[6] JP Morgan Chase acquired London based online investment firm Nutmeg in June 2021.[7] JP Morgan Chase launched its first Chase branded products in the UK in late September 2021.[8]
