The Chiba Green BUS CO., LTD. (ちばグリーンバス株式会社 Chiba Guri-nn Bas Kabushiki gaisya) is a bus company, and is split of Sakura Office which the Keisei Electric Railway (Keisei Group) had and established on 9 February 2000. The bus company has a garage which is located near the head office of the bus company and named as Tamachi Garage (Sakura Office) .

This company was established on 9 February 2000, but the bus company started to operate many bus routes which are transferred from Keisei Electric Railway on 16 July 2000.[2] As the bus company started to operate bus routes, bus routes which were earning rate was low was discontinued and unified the , besides many bus routes which have specialized in running in the city of Sakura have been established around Sakura Station (Chiba). But, MY TOWN/DIRECT BUS which are expressway bus for commuter and midnight from/to Tokyo direction has been operated by the bus company since 2010 due to be received favorite reviews.
