Dylan, better known as his online alias Chills or Top15s, is a Canadian YouTube personality, narrator, and rapper.[1] On his two YouTube channels, he primarily uploads list-related horror videos on a weekly basis, as well as occasional music videos for his songs. As of April 2021, his two channels have a combined subscriber count of 9.3 million, both of which amassing over 1.8 billion total video views.[2][3][4]

Dylan joined YouTube under the username "Top15s" on April 3, 2014, and uploaded his first video titled "Top 15 TRUE Scary Stories That Will Make You CRINGE" on December 25. On May 21, 2016, Dylan created a second channel titled "Chills", and uploaded his first on June 15, titled "9 Disturbing Fairy Tales From Around The World".

Music[edit]

On June 22, 2018, Dylan released his debut extended play I Hope You're Doing Well, which was promoted by the single "Sidelined", accompanied with a music video on August 9, 2018 directed by Thong Lieu.[5] His second EP, Number 15 Mixtape, was released on October 15, 2019. The album was promoted by the singles "Who Am I Now?", "Swap Meet", and "Number 15".[6]

Dylan resides in his hometown of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.[7]

In popular culture[edit]

On November 11, 2017, Dylan uploaded a video titled "Top 15 Mysteries Solved by 4Chan", which opens up with him saying "Number 15: Burger King Foot Lettuce". The phrase was quickly turned into an internet meme and numerous parodies were posted online relating to the phrase.[8][9]
