Chocko Valliappa is the CEO and founder of Vee Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He is a fourth-generation entrepreneur[2][3] [4] from the Sona Valliappa group of companies based in India. Since he founded Vee Technologies in 2000, the company has grown to be an Inc.[5] 5000 company, listed in 2015 and 2016, as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. In 1995, Chocko Valliappa co-founded the Valliappa Software Tech Park (Sona Tower, Millers road) in Karnataka Bangalore, which attracted multinational companies like Texas Instruments, Oracle, Cisco, and Verifone. Chocko Valliappa has also launched Sona Yukti, a non-profit organization that provides vocational training to India’s youth. He is one of the founders of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO) Bangalore chapter. In 2017, Chocko founded HireMee,[6][7] a web platform and mobile application that links recruiters to students across India.[8] HireMee and AICTE[9] collaborate to bridge the recruiter-student gap in India.
