Chris Boswell (born March 1982) is A Dubai based real estate broker[1] working on the Palm Jumeirah.[2][3][4]
In 2015 Boswell brokered the sale of a AED185m[5] ($50m) Palm Jumeirah beachfront estate[6] which became the highest single residential property sale ever recorded[7] and remained unbroken for seven years.[8][9][10][11][12][13][14]
In 2021 Boswell completed a AED 70.2m Palm Jumeirah Villa Sale which was another highest recorded sale.[15][16]
in February 2023 Boswell brokered a Palm Jumeirah Villa Sale for $34m with from an online social media campaign on Instagram and YouTube.[10][17]
Boswell has contributed several Op-ed articles to Arabian Business.[18][19]
Boswell has been included in the Middle East Spears 500 Index for Ultra High Net Worth Advisors for 2023.[20][3][21]
In June 2023, Boswell brought to market a US$125m Dubai Minimalist mansion designed by Viktor Udzenija, a protége of Norman Foster and owned by Emirati Billionaire Business man Abdulla Fareed Al Gurg.[22]
