Chris Cloud (born October 12 or 22, 1988) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player, currently playing for the Manchester Monarchs in the American Hockey League (AHL). He plays Centre (ice hockey) and shoots left-handed.[1] Cloud is also a Band member of the Waywayseecappo First Nation. Cloud joined the Dakota Ojibway Police Service (DOPS) after graduating from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Constable Program in 2015.[3] Prior to join the DOPS organization, he recently completed a Wyotech Plumbing Technology Program, and was on the Presidents Honour roll in college.[3] In addition to his activity in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), and the American Hockey League as a professional ice hockey player, Cloud is an active participant in providing Mixed martial arts training and dry land training to the youth in the community of Waywayseecapo.[3]
On December 14, 2011, the Manchester Monarchs signed Cloud to a professional tryout agreement.[4]
